My little brother played on Raven about two weeks ago and I recall him saying something about merging of Horus and Raven, does anyone know anything about this or is it simply a rumor or dirty trick being played on me? ;o

there is no info about it. and im 100% sure it will never and never happen. Because Horus is ngd server. The raven server is from gamesamba. There are just some fools who think they are right no ngd guy gave info about it. If there isnt any official thread from ngd about than there is no info Very Happy So this are just some kids who heard it of other kids Smile

If there will be a merg than it will be with the french server. Still there is no official thread from ngd about it Smile Ngd is trying to let horus grow just the matter of time. Only it is sad that gamesamba goes with the honor because they just bought a server and put some GMS in it than they go 2 mmoden and say EY! review our game! and poef they do in the name of Realms online Very Happy

I don't think they will ever fuse it, not just because they can't (Ngd made a contract with GameSamba), but also because the main reason Raven excists is because Horus had to deal with a lot of Nightly invasions (especially coming from Ignis), this caused a lot of frustration from Syrtis and Alsius. This is why the American people got their own server, just so that the "time zone" balance has been restored. They would merge Nemon with Horus first if it was possible, since Nemon is a Gamigo server (Like Nifhlheim and Muspell), Nemon is small as well, but I would like to see Muspell or Nifhlheim fuse with Horus, these populations of Nazi-People are much greater than Horus' population.

Also Nemon/German Servers have the same Time Zones as we (Europeans) do. This will bring Horus back to life, although Gamigo will have to give up something for it, and therefore Ngd as well. OR another option is that Horus merges the German Servers, but that it doesn't become a server from Ngd but Gamigo's, this way Horus would be actually fun to play (will be almost as crowded as Ra) and if Ngd makes a smart deal like: 20% income from each purchase on these servers. They would gain more income!

Another stragety is to fuse Ra and Horus together, and make the level cap to lvl 65, make new items/horses/other stuff available at lvl 65 only! This way about 5-10% of the people will ragequit (but not too many since 5 lvls isn't that awefull much) just make the experience curve the same as lvl 50-55 (the required exp. per level) this way people would boost their way up, and if there are playing 2000 people. 10% quits so 1800left, 500 will boost their way up with like 3k ximerin each, is about 1,55 x 3 x 150 + 3 x 1 x 350 (People in Argentinia or US pay less). Is a lot of income (too lazy to calculate for just an example)

Though that would suck since the English community will be complaining about the Spanish people talking Spanish only!

Though, there will be a time Ngd has to raise the level cap again to gain a boost of money, or they have to get up with something else, which will be most likely new premium items which give more advantage in PvP/RvR.

I dc if they rise the cap again. But if they don't want players to quit, they should do grinding a bit more easy. If they want for everyone to buy boosters for their income, Regnum will ultimately will fail and shut down.

I think Hunt is right, seeing how much of a pain in the ass it is to grind I don't think most people who have grinded to 45 or so will even continue to 60. Hell I used to love grinding and now I can't stand it lol. But I think the biggest thing is the fact that some people don't have the time to grind for 5+ hours and therefore can't enjoy the higher lvl gameplay that NGD has for them.

To 65? It's hard enough getting to 60, I know you may not think so seeing as you have one but in another point of view it's another 5 lvls that people simply don't want to bother with anymore.

Premium items giving advantage? No, I believe we should stick to the ol' lucky boxes/armor enchantments, those can be an advantage in themselves.

I know, but you have to view this from Ngd's perspective, do you really think they can make much money out of a dying server (Horus). They will do anything to get balanced income, and if they want to hire some more people, they WILL have to come up with something. They made lvl cap to lvl 60 because they needed money, that was just 1 way of a lot of ways to get a boost of money.

This is what I suppose: Make level cap to lvl 65 (Not needed right now, just when they come short of money and that time will no matter what), but make no HP/Mana advantage, no atribute advantage, just make new options from the WM Npc's like: 10 paints of your choice, 1 golden lucky box, 10 elixers. And make the xp curve lvl 45-50 then, people will grind this, really they will, if there are no further "advantages" people like Eyfura and I will buy boosts to get to that lvl as fast as we can.

Ngd's source of money isn't infinite and you should be aware that Ngd is a really small company which hasn't got a lot of choises when they are having money problems.
