Is it worth it?

Hey guys, I was thinking if it's worth it to trade a +14 elemental gem for that 34%HC and +6 conc boss ring.
Of course I'll wait for Danny to swap our gems. But is it worth it?!

Conc and hc are quite useless, I personally would rather have a DS / RoL but well, it's up to you. It's nice to have though lol
